ATTENTION New Jersey Lacrosse Athlete’s – Megan Douty and Alex Marino, Co-Directors of All Lax LLC, are proud to announce the ongoing success and expansion of our club teams. Since our inception in 2019, All Lax has grown into the most comprehensive club lacrosse program in the country. We have successfully guided players to continue their athletic careers at some of the best schools nationwide while ensuring they never compromise their academic goals. Each year, we reinvest in our players, providing them with the best resources and opportunities to excel.
All Lax was developed by female lacrosse players for female lacrosse players. Our primary goal has always been and will always be to offer high-quality coaching that helps each girl advance athletically, personally, and professionally. All Lax is committed to maintaining a team of coaches who share their vision and coaching philosophy, ensuring consistent and exceptional training for all players.
We are looking for the most competitive players who seek more than what a typical club offers. Our program is designed for those dedicated athletes who aspire to push their limits and achieve excellence both on and off the field.
“The addition of club teams has allowed us to bring our training full circle. We spend significant time helping the girls develop their skills and lacrosse IQ individually. With All Lax Select, we have created comprehensive programming for teams, ensuring that players can apply what they’ve learned in a team setting,” explains Megan Douty.
“Megan and I are thrilled with the success of All Lax Select. Starting a club organization was a dream of mine since I first began playing lacrosse. Our passion for coaching drives us to help each player reach their maximum potential as student-athletes,” said Alex Marino.
