College Summer Training

For College Athletes Who are Home for Summer Break

Team Invictus Training offers lacrosse training classes and customized strength and conditioning programs to help prepare you for the 2022-2023 lacrosse season. Train your fitness, as well as your skills in our indoor turf and strength & conditioning facility. The best of both worlds at your convenience. From competing at Division 1, National, Professional, and International levels, we know what it takes to prepare for an upcoming season. Join us and the other dedicated lacrosse athletes this Summer to keep your skills sharp and take your game to the next level!

3 days a week of strength and conditioning training.

3 days a week of live and skill-focused lacrosse training.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:

7:00 am-8:30 am Strength Training and Lacrosse Training

Starting May 23rd through August 2022

*Athletes can start at any time depending on their summer schedule*

No training the week of July 4-10

The program is broken down into 12-week and 4-week training options, please email if you have any questions on the dates available.
