Select Teams

Our select teams will focus on player education and player development. We take pride in teaching girls the importance of honoring the game and respecting all associated with it. Throughout the entire season, we will encourage hard work and discipline in all aspects of the game, in order to teach the significance in other areas of their lives.

We have developed All Lax Select to provide top-level training for girls’ lacrosse players looking to compete at the highest level. All Lax select is a private club aiding in the exposure of your daughter in the world of lacrosse. In order to be a member, prospective players must try out on an annual basis. There is no guarantee of future membership with prior membership. Each year’s tryout is fair and will take all prospects into consideration.

Coaches

Each coach went through an interview process and was selected for a reason, based on their experience, playing, coaching, or teaching. Finding coaches with the same vision for the sport was important in the selection process. We require all of our coaches to follow a specific curriculum throughout the year to allow for symmetry in our coaching from year to year.

Team Breakdown

Each team will have 12-14 practices throughout the year (weather pending). Our developmental teams will compete in 3-4 local but competitive tournaments each summer.

Developmental (5^th-8^th) teams will focus on learning and development in lacrosse, while simultaneously working as a team. Our main focus is to create an atmosphere of team players that work well together and want to work for one another.

The high school teams will compete in 4-5 recruiting based tournaments. While learning and developing our teams are our main focus, the older teams are expected to have a basic knowledge up to this point while having advanced fundamental skills.

Fall will be optional if enough interest, for all levels!
