Team Training

Are you looking for quality Fall/Winter Training for your High School team? Do you want the girls fit and ready prior to the first day of “tryouts”? We got you covered.

We provide a 8 week customized training program for your team. From skills and drills, conditioning workouts, and speed and agility, with our experience playing at the Division 1, international, and professional levels, we know what it takes to be prepared for season.

Lacrosse Training

1 hour a week of custom lacrosse training for your team. This program will be created specific to your team’s goals in order to help you advance and take your game to the next level.

Live Games (7v7)

Games will be held on Sundays, time TBD, to give the girls the opportunity to compete and apply the skills they are learning throughout the training during the week. Playing in a small team setting will help maximize repetition on the field to give the girls a better opportunity to develop their game.

Speed & Agility

Also available on Sundays is a 30 min speed and agility session with a member of our strength & performance staff. A great opportunity to learn how to move your body efficiently and increase your speed, quickness, and agility on the field.

Open to a Limited Number of Teams
