College Winter Training Program

For College Athletes that are Home for Winter Break

Team Invictus Training offers a customized strength and conditioning and lacrosse program to help prepare you for the spring lacrosse season. Train your fitness as well as your skills in a 25,000 sq ft indoor turf facility. The best of both worlds at your convenience. From competing at the Division 1, national, and international level, we know what it takes to prepare for an upcoming season. Join us and the other dedicated lacrosse athletes this winter break and take your game to the next level!

3 days a week of strength and conditioning training.

3 days a week of live and skill-focused lacrosse training.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:

7:00-8:30am Strength Training and Lacrosse Training

Starting December 18th Through January 11th

*** Week of December 25th, schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – no class Monday, December 25th

Week of January 1, schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – no class Monday, January 1st***
