Lacrosse Training Membership
Middle School & High School
Open to all players from any club or town program:
– 3-4x a week of Lacrosse Training & Strength and Conditioning, ALL YEAR ROUND.
– All players will work on their lacrosse skills with our All Lax Directors, Megan Douty and Alex Marino on the turf.
– Our partnership with RYPT, has allowed us to bring on one of the NJ’s best strength and conditioning coaches & programs to train our athlete’s in the gym.
