College Winter Training

For College Athletes that are Home for Winter Break

Goals Performance Training offers lacrosse training classes and customized strength and conditioning programs to help prepare you for the 2025-20256 lacrosse season. Train your fitness, as well as your skills in our indoor turf facility. The best of both worlds at your convenience. From competing at Division 1, National, Professional, and International levels, we know what it takes to prepare for an upcoming season. Join us and the other dedicated lacrosse athletes this winter to keep your skills sharp and take your game to the next level!

3 days a week of strength and conditioning training.

3 days a week of live and skill-focused lacrosse training.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday:

7:30 am-9:00 am Strength Training and Lacrosse Training - Times may be adjusted

*Starting December 15th Through January 16th*

4 weeks of training, choose your 4 weeks (email us if looking to participate for all 5 weeks)

*** Week of December 21st, schedule is as follows:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (December 21, 22, 23) no class Wednesday or Thursday (December 24 and 25)

Week of December 28, schedule is as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - no class Thursday, January 1st***

Why We Created This Program

Winter and Summer Breaks

We understand the challenges that come with transitioning to and maintaining performance at the collegiate level. For many of us, the summer before freshman year or breaks during college were void of opportunities to stay on the field, work hard, and sharpen skills. With the growth of lacrosse and the increasing number of athletes continuing their journey in college, this program was designed to:

Prepare incoming freshmen for what lies ahead
Offer college athletes a place to train and stay game-ready during breaks
Provide a structured, high-level training environment
Join us to push your limits, refine your skills, and ensure you're ready to dominate at the next level.
