Team Invictus Training offers a customized strength and conditioning and lacrosse program to help prepare you for the spring lacrosse season. Train your fitness as well as your skills in a 25,000 sq ft indoor turf facility. The best of both worlds at your convenience. From competing at the Division 1, national, and international level, we know what it takes to prepare for an upcoming season. Join us and the other dedicated lacrosse athletes this winter break and take your game to the next level!

3 days a week of live and skill-focused lacrosse training.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:
2:00-4:00pm Strength Training and Lacrosse Training
Make up training dates: 12/27 and 1/3
Time: 9:30am-11:30am (lacrosse then strength/speed)

4 Week Training Program
The training program will be 4 consecutive weeks (3x per week) starting the first day of training. Please email if you have any questions on the dates available, all are tentative to athlete’s winter break schedules. No training on Wednesday 12/25 or 1/1.
